 In this post, I will introduce the outside of the issue of inappropriate use of ambulances. This section treats questions no.5&7.

The answer is definitely “YES.” According to an article, more than  90% of doctors support the idea of charging ambulances.

There are many social issues which are involved with this ambulance problem. I’m going to pick up one example of them.

That is the problem of increasing nuclear families. Because of the development of cities, the number of people who live with their families is decreasing. By the effect of that, the number of people (especially older people) who chronically feel lonely is increasing. Then it leads to the increase of people who go to the hospital with mild disease.
